Kat Spitzer
Kat is the author of the book, The Happy Hypochondriac, and sequel, The Happy Hypochondriac Survives World Travel, both published by Apprentice House. She also writes the popular Happy Hypochondriac blog. She is a freelance writer with works appearing in What's Up? Annapolis Magazine, Frommer's Budget Travel Magazine, Baltimore Child,Outlook By the Bay, and the MOPS Momsense e-zine. She was also a sports columnist for The Capital Gazette for two years and is a blogger for various sites. She appealed to her Domestic Goddess side, as a collaborator on the Junior League of Annapolis cooking and entertaining guide, A Thyme to Entertain.
In addition to writing, she enjoys traveling, reading, pop culture, running, her family and pets, and driving her doctors crazy.
Her newest venture, outside of writing her next book, is working with clients to research and put together personalized travel itineraries for trips all over the world.
